Lifeline: Helping You Live Independently at Home

Your home is where you are most comfortable, surrounded by all that's familiar.  But for seniors, it is estimated that more than half of all falls that result in injury happen at home. 

Lifeline can help you maintain your independence and also give you and your family peace of mind.

How Lifeline Works

  •  When you need help, just press your Personal Help Button, which activates the Lifeline communicator
  • Your Communicator then dials the Call Center and establishes a two-way voice communication.
  • Our Call Center quickly accesses your profile and then contacts a neighbor, loved one or emergency services.
  • The Call Center will call and confirm that help has arrived.
